Three months of coaching consisting of twelve 1hr sessions delivered either via phone or videoconference in this long- term journey will help you work on the following: Repairing and establishing healthy personal boundaries and understanding what you want to let into your world and what you need to say no to. Nearly all divorces are due to spouses disrespecting and breaking healthy personal boundaries. Understanding the narcissistic personality involves many facets and stages; it is important to understand the main personality traits. Establishing healthy communication channels with your soon-to-be ex. Either help you select an attorney or work effectively with one, start asking pertinent questions, and work fully in the business of divorce. Create an executable divorce strategy. And much more. I will help you deal with all the divorce challenges as they appear.
