terms and conditions of divorce coaching services

1. Service Delivery:

Each coaching session will be delivered either via videoconference or telephone, as agreed upon by both parties.

 

2. Refund Policy:

a) The client has the right to request a full refund within 10 days from the date of payment. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@lifebridgecoach.ca and will be processed within 4 business days upon receipt.

 

b) After the 10-day period has elapsed, no refunds will be provided for any reason.

 

3. Completing the Coaching Agreement:

The client may choose to stop coaching at any time subject to the terms of this agreement.  Please put the notification in writing via email. Please include the last date of the coaching sessions.  No refunds of monies are offered to clients post-completion of the coaching agreement.

I understand that the checklist on the accompanying page plus that on this page constitutes the agreement with my coach and I agree that these terms are understood to be fair to both coach and client.

 

4. Scheduling Sessions:

Each coaching session must be scheduled in advance through the scheduling system on our website, www.lifebridgecoach.ca, or by contacting us at contact@lifebridgecoach.ca

 

5. Program completion time frame

The entire coaching program, including all scheduled sessions and associated services, must be scheduled and completed within 16 weeks from the date of purchase. After this time frame elapses, the coaching program is deemed fully delivered, and no further coaching sessions or services will be provided. Any unused sessions or services will not be refunded or carried over.

 

6. Payment:

All payments for coaching services are to be made through a payment processor. Invoices will be sent to the client's email address and must be paid in full prior to scheduling a coaching session.

 

7. Client Responsibilities:

a) The client is responsible for ensuring a stable internet or phone connection for videoconference or telephone sessions.

 

b) The client agrees to be punctual for scheduled sessions. Late arrival may result in a shortened session with no refund for the missed time.

 

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

a) The client may cancel or reschedule a coaching session with at least [number of hours or days] notice. Cancellations or rescheduling with less notice may be subject to a fee or loss of the session.

 

b) The coach reserves the right to reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the client's schedule.

 

9. Coaching Role:

As the client, I understand that a coach is not a therapist. Coaching is designed to focus on taking the actions necessary to help me accomplish the goals that I define. I accept full responsibility for my own mental health throughout the coaching process.


a) As the client, I understand that a coach is not an attorney and cannot advise me on what my rights are or what issues are involved in my case.  I accept the responsibility to consult with an attorney regarding any legal matters throughout the process.

 

10. Confidentiality:

a) The information exchanged between the coach and the client is considered confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party, except as required by law.

 

11. Legal Matters:

As the client, I understand that a coach is not an attorney and cannot advise me on my legal rights or the specific issues involved in my case. I accept the responsibility to consult with a qualified attorney regarding any legal matters throughout the coaching process.

 

12. Financial and Tax Matters:

As the client, I understand that a coach is not a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or a licensed financial advisor and cannot provide advice on financial issues or tax matters related to my case. I accept full responsibility for any financial or tax matters that may arise throughout the coaching process.

 

13. Termination of Services:

The coach reserves the right to terminate coaching services at any time if the client engages in inappropriate or harmful behavior.

 

By proceeding with payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms of sale and the terms of service available on our website.
