First. Please make sure you have received a confirmation email and verify that the time and time zone are correct.  Then scroll to the bottom of the email and click on the applet to add the appointment to your calendar.

Depending on your selection, I will either call you at the number provided or open the Zoom session. So please be sure you’re ready. 

The second thing to make sure is that you’ll be in a quiet space.
